Founder of Watch The Vote USA (formerly Citizens for a Fair Vote Count from 1996 to 2008) which forced the Iowa GOP to change the winner of the 2012 Iowa Caucus from Romney to Santorum; active against the dangers of computer votefraud since 1979 – the oldest living person to work on election integrity every year since 1979; worked with the late Collier Brothers, Jim and Ken (authors of “Votescam: The Stealing of America”), from 1985 to 1998; chapter 12 of “Votescam: The Stealing of America” is about the collaboration of the Condits and the Colliers in the Cincinnati case of 1985; in 1886, brought forth the first whistleblower who publicly testified that he had been hired to tap electronic voting machines; erected the first website on the world wide web devoted to election integrity / computerized votefraud – in March, 1996, networkUSA.com which became votefraud.org; under the auspices of Citizens for a Fair Vote Count organized the first major Election Integrity/Votefraud convention in the computerized election age in August of 2000 at the Greater Cincinnati Airport, three months before the 35-day-long Bush-Gore debacle of the election November 2000 began.

This article exposes the proven vote fraud against Presidential Candidate Pat Buchanan in the Iowa Caucus Republican contest in February 1996. In February 2012, on the day “Watch The Vote USA” and Iowa Caucus goer Edward True forced the Iowa GOP to change the published winner from Mitt Romney to Rick Santorum, the Des Moines Register acknowledged that many thought Buchanan had won the 1996 Iowa Caucus, not Senator Robert Dole. This article reveals how elections are rigged at the state and national levels by the manipulation of secret computer programs, even though the local people acted honorably.
